Kanab Animal Assistance Program Provides $17,694 in Grants to Support Pet Owners in Kane County and Fredonia

KAAP, a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to keeping pets and families together, announces that it has awarded $17,694 in financial assistance grants to pet owners in need across Kane County and Fredonia during the past year. These grants helped saved 29 cats, 12 dogs and 4 rabbits-all needing surgeries and treatment for different reasons.

These grants help pet owners facing unexpected veterinary bills, emergency care, and essential pet needs, ensuring that beloved animals remain healthy and at home. By alleviating financial burdens, KAAP strengthens the bond between pets and their families while promoting community well-being.

Every animal deserves care and every family deserves to stay together, is the heart of our mission.
